1. Kelengkapan untuk dibawa ke hospital
Perlu sediakan baju ibu selepas discaj , pastikan selesa dan mudah untuk menyusukan anak...
- stoking (untuk ibu), sarung kaki dan tangan anak
- baju nursing
- seluar/ kain untuk ibu
- sepasang baju untuk bayi
- selimut atau kain menyambut bayi...
- pam susu ( sekiranya perlu)
- bawa birth plan

2. Pastikan telah ada tukang urut / penjaga semasa berpantang

3. Makanan berpantang
Pastikan telah sediakan makanan untuk berpantang...ibu berpantang memerlukan khasiat dan tenaga yang banyak untuk menyusukan anak..

4. Memerah susu badan untuk ibu berkerjaya (juga untuk suri rumah bagi masa kecemasan)
- perah susu setiap kali bersama bayi sekiranya bayi tidak menyusu daripada kedua-dua payudara , sekiranya bayi telah menyusu daripada kedua-dua belah payudara perlu diperah selepas 5 ke 10 minit selepas itu selama 10 ke 15 minit.
- buat secara rutin pemerahan susu badan
- jangan risau jika sekiranya mula-mula dapat susu yang sedikit. Perut bayi belum besar lagi. Boleh rujuk gambar sebagai panduan ye...Please ye jangan risau sangat kalau bayi asyik nak bangun setiap 30 minit ke 45 minit ke.Susu ibu ni mudah hadam, so memang bayi akan menyusu dengan kerap masa awal-awal berpantang ye.. So ibu-ibu tolong pekakkan telinga jika ada yang nak cakap tak cukup susu la apala ye, nak bagi susu lain la, bagi air la.NO! once dah supplemen dengan susu lain akan menyukarkan ibu kerana hisapan bayi akan menyebabkan badan memberikan indicator perlu menyediakan lebih banyak susu untuk accomodate anak.

5. Penyimpanan stok susu badan semasa pantang dan semasa bekerja

a. pastikan mempunyai peti sejuk dan peti sejuk beku (lebih bagus jika sekiranya mempunyai deep freezer khas untuk penyimpanan bekalan susu badan yang boleh bertahan 6 ke 12 bulan)
b. Botol-botol susu saiz (5 oz) ataupun milk bag...terpulang kepada kesesuaian dan kepentingan ibu.
c. Pam susu yang sesuai dengan ibu...ataupun boleh memerah susu dengan menggunakan tangan sahaja. Boleh layari youtube untuk mendapatkan cara-cara memerah.
d. Cooler beg - beg yang sesuai untuk menyimpan bekalan susu yang telah diperah. Tahan sejuk.
e. Pek ais - pastikan yang boleh tahan sepanjang masa bekerja, sekiranya tidak mempunyai peti sejuk di pejabat.

What is 2-Stage Pumping?

While breastfeeding, babies suck in 2 very clear stages:

- fast and light sucking to start your milk flowing

- slower and deeper sucking to get as much milk as quickly as possible

Autumnz BLISS Single Electric Breastpump has the following 2-Stage pumping ability to encourage higher level of milk production:

Stage 1 – Stimulation Stage (Suction 1,2,) – short & fast rhythm with lighter suction to activate milk letdown

Stage 2 – Pumping Stage (Suction 3, 4, 5) - slower rhythm with deeper suction to encourage maximum milk flow

The combination of these 2 stages will produce quicker let down and encourage milk flow.
